Don Sebastião is a long-standing and highly regarded Lagos institution, celebrated for its authentic traditional Portuguese cuisine, particularly its exquisite charcoal-grilled fish and fresh seafood. A highlight of Don Sebastião's menu is its emphasis on locally sourced ingredients, with daily catches of fish, shrimp, crabs, and oysters arriving directly from local fishing boats.
